Where we ship
We ship within the United States.

Processing times
Ready-made items ship within 2–3 business days. Custom orders ship 2–3 weeks after you approve your proof, unless we agree on a different timeline when you order. You'll get tracking by email as soon as your order ships.

Shipping rates
Shipping is calculated at checkout. Ready-made orders of $75 or more ship free. Shipping for custom orders is included in your quote.

Local delivery
We offer free local delivery anywhere in Morgan County. Choose Local Delivery at checkout and we'll reach out to schedule your drop-off. Need it sooner? Contact us about rush delivery, which carries an additional fee. We don't offer in-person pickup at this time.

School fundraiser orders
Fundraiser orders are delivered according to the plan arranged with each school. Pre-orders are delivered at the school's scheduled event. Orders placed after that delivery ship directly to you, and standard shipping rates apply.

Damaged or lost packages
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll make it right. If tracking shows your package was delivered but you can't find it, let us know and we'll help you file a claim with the carrier.
