Every patch at our hat bar is laser-engraved leatherette, designed and made in-house in Wiggins, CO. No stock iron-ons: these are durable, high-end patches built to last as long as the hat.

What's Included

Every booking includes up to 2 hours of hat bar time, setup and teardown, our full hat and patch selection, and on-site pressing.

Add-ons: extra hours ($75/hour), additional patches ($5 each), custom event or company patches (quoted separately), and travel beyond Morgan County (mileage).

How do I reserve a date?

A $100 nonrefundable deposit holds your date and is applied to your total.

When is the final headcount due?

For hosted events, confirm your final hat count 7 days before the event.

How much space do you need?

About a 6–8 ft table area and access to a standard outlet. Outdoor events need shade or cover.

Can we get custom patches for our event?

Yes! We can design a custom patch for your company, team, or celebration. Ask about it when you book.

How far do you travel?

Anywhere in Morgan County is included. We travel farther for a mileage fee.

How long does each hat take?

Just a few minutes per hat, so guests can create and wear theirs the same day.
