Refund policy

Returns
We accept returns on ready-made items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. To start a return, contact us with your order number. Return shipping is your responsibility unless we made an error.

Exchanges
Need a different size? We're happy to exchange as long as the size you need is in stock.

Final sale items
Custom orders, hat bar builds, personalized items, and school fundraiser orders are made or ordered specifically for you and can't be returned or exchanged.

If we made a mistake
If your item arrives misprinted, defective, or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll replace it or issue a refund, and we'll cover any return shipping.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll refund you to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
