ROOTED IN COMMUNITY
THANK YOU FOR SUPPORTING SMALL BUSINESS
You’re here because you found the tag inside your hat — and that means you’re holding something made by a small business that genuinely appreciates your support.
Every order placed with Hand Maid Goods supports more than a product. It supports a local business, a family, community events, other small businesses, and the ability to keep creating something a little more personal than what you’ll find coming off a mass-production line.
Whether this hat was made for you, your workplace, your team, an event, or another local business, thank you for being part of the community that keeps Hand Maid Goods growing.

A little about Hand Maid Goods
Hand Maid Goods was built around a pretty simple idea: custom products should feel personal, and getting them made shouldn’t have to be complicated.
I work with individuals, businesses, organizations and events to turn ideas into things people actually want to wear, use and show off. Sometimes that starts with a finished logo and a very specific vision. Other times it starts with, “I have an idea, but I’m not really sure what I want yet.” Both are welcome.
From custom hats and apparel to signage, branded merchandise and completely one-off projects, the goal is always the same — create something that feels like it belongs to you.
Why “Rooted in Community”?
Because Hand Maid Goods wouldn’t exist without one.
Small businesses grow because people choose them. They recommend them to friends. They stop at their booths. They trust them with their business logo. They come back for another hat. They tag them in a picture. They tell someone, “I know somebody who can make that.”
Those small decisions add up.
Rooted in Community is a reminder of where Hand Maid Goods came from and how I want it to continue growing: through relationships, collaboration and supporting the people and businesses around us.
Then, because they already have a hat, I think your next section should actually acknowledge that:
About the hat you’re wearing
Your hat was customized by Hand Maid Goods using materials and processes selected for the design, hat style and intended use.
Some pieces are created completely in-house, while others use carefully sourced blanks, patches, transfers and materials that are finished and applied locally.
Every hat is handled individually rather than coming off a large automated production line — which means somebody actually had this hat sitting in front of them before it made its way to you.
And yes, that somebody was probably me.
That last line feels especially good for this page because it makes scanning the hidden tag feel like they discovered a little note from the maker.
Then you can finish with a softer call to action rather than immediately trying to sell them something:
Have an idea of your own?
Maybe you need hats for your business. Maybe you want shirts for an event. Maybe you saw something somewhere and thought, “I wonder if she could make that.”
There’s a pretty good chance I can — and if I can’t, I’ll tell you.
