Because most products are personalized and handmade, refunds and returns are limited.
Custom & Personalized Items
Custom and personalized items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or contain an error made by Hand Maid Goods LLC.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos. We will repair, replace, or refund at our discretion.
Design Errors
Errors approved in proofs (including spelling, colors, or layout) are not eligible for refund or replacement.
Non-Custom Items
Non-custom items may be eligible for return within 7 days if unused and in original condition. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.
Shipping Issues
We are not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or incorrect addresses provided at checkout. However, we will help assist in resolving issues whenever possible.
Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled before production begins.
